Situation:
The Association wanted to define its strategic lines differently, so it hired Inspiring Partners to facilitate meetings, first with the CEOs of member companies, which ranged from small and medium-sized businesses to multinational corporations. The idea was to define a new vision for the association.
Response:
The activities designed for this intervention using strength-based methodologies, aimed to create conversation networks among participants that foster communication, the exchange of experiences and knowledge, and the emergence of collective wisdom and intelligence focused on issues relevant to the association and the sector.
With the Appreciative Inquiry model, participants engaged in positive and generative conversations, cooperatively and effectively, in the pursuit of new challenges of strategic relevance to the organization. They not only discover their strengths at the service of the Association, but also identified the future emerging in the sector and prepare to operate from a realistic future possibility. They focused on current business while strategically thinking, planning, and creating the business of tomorrow.
