Carles has more than 20 years’ experience in supporting managers and executives to implement effective professional change/transition processes using strength-based methodologies.

In 2015 he founded Inspiring Partners to promote new ways of approaching change in organisations Appreciative Inquiry. Since then, he has facilitated organisational and individual change programmes in multinationals and SMEs. He is also the manager of Evoluciona-t, a consultancy firm that supports people and companies in their processes of change and career transition in companies from different sectors.
