Francesca is a social psychologist, facilitator of organisational and personal change, consultant and coach. She has worked in international and Italian consulting companies dealing with organisational change projects, training and research to support strategic decisions.

Francesca is a partner in Wise~ing. It is an organisational consulting and training company, where she facilitates change processes using Appreciative Inquiry. For example she:

• Has developed and used systemic and strengths-based approaches such as Appreciative Inquiry and U Theory in projects on organisational and personal change, engagement, dialogue facilitation, and interpersonal communication.
• Is active in organisational and personal development and change projects, co-design and participative planning, teamwork and engagement. In all cases her approach promotes the well-being and active contribution of all stakeholders, in the belief that only the growth of “good” companies will ensure prosperity and sustainability for companies, the people who work in them and the community.
