Liz Jayne

Independent Consultant and Coach

Liz has been an independent consultant and coach for the last 20 years. She specialises in organisational and community change, and leadership development with public and third sector organisations. Liz has particular experience in applying asset-based approaches to change in a wide variety of contexts. Her experience includes strategic development, evaluation, training, project and programme management, and multi-sectoral collaboration. Prior to this Liz held several public sector senior management posts in the NHS and in local authorities in public health and community education.

In recent years Liz has worked with:

  • Alder Advice to develop and deliver Appreciative Inquiry training courses.
  • Manchester Metropolitan University to develop and deliver training courses on asset-based approaches.
  • Health Education England on a pilot project to develop a series of modules on asset-based approaches to person centred care.
  • Tameside on a social prescribing project to embed asset-based approaches in their work.
