Suzanne Quinney

Facilitator and Event Organiser

Suzanne loves deepening and sharing her understanding of AI, and strength-based approaches to change, quality improvement and safety. She is an experienced facilitator and event organiser. She runs seminars and master classes, and was part of an award-winning training combination for the Health Services Journal. She offers appreciative supervision and reflective practice.

She is the co-author of ten strength-based and Appreciative Inquiry-related training materials, articles, and book chapters such as Reflections: an Appreciative Journal and Practical Resource Book. The most recent is Appreciating Health and Care – launched in 2024.  Her working life began in Africa, and she has worked in the UK public sector for 25+ years since. She is deeply interested in the connections between AI and spirituality, and enjoys sci-fi, yoga and dogs. Happily enjoying the beauty of living in NE Scotland, and being part of the wider Findhorn community
