Rob has over 25 years’ experience in consulting and advisory roles including a period as a specialist advisor in efficiency strategy and planning for the Care Services Efficiency Delivery programme in the Department of Health.

Liz has been an independent consultant and coach for the last 20 years. She specialises in organisational and community change, and leadership development with public and third sector organisations.

Catalina is a psychologist and consultant in change management and organisational development with more than 25 years of experience.

Carles has more than 20 years' experience in supporting managers and executives to implement effective professional change/transition processes using strength-based methodologies.

Joy has a Phd in Sociology and over 25-years of experience of evaluation, research, and consultancy across business, government, and higher education.

Fiona has been practicing Appreciative Inquiry since the mid-2000s. She also draws on her experience of community development in the UK and internationally, adult education, and pastoral ministry with the United Reformed Church.
